Shipping methods

We offer our products with free DPD shipping within Germany .

Due to the WEEE regulations, which are not economically feasible for us, we sell our products to other EU countries exclusively through our sales partners. Please refer to their website for their shipping method and shipping costs.

For deliveries to Switzerland and Great Britain, the following applies: “If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, further customs duties, taxes or fees may have to be paid by the customer, but not to the provider, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The customer is advised to check the details with the supplier or the customs or tax authorities before ordering.”

In order to determine the above-mentioned fees/taxes yourself, provide them (without guarantee) with the gross shipment weight and the current customs tariff number in the product description in the shop .
