Why do we currently only ship within Germany?

Dear customers,
Due to the high costs and the high administrative and bureaucratic effort in the area of the country-specific regulations of the European Electronic Equipment Act (WEEE), as well as the different packaging legislation, it is almost impossible for us as a small supplier to sell directly to you within the EU as well as to Great Britain or Switzerland.
We would have to pass on these costs, which are very high for us, to far too small quantities per country, which in turn would make the price very unattractive for you. After all, you will then pay an excessive, disproportionately high proportion of fees for recycling and take-back in some EU countries. Unfortunately, there are no de minimis limits or adjusted flat rates for small quantities in the WEEE regulations.
This is unfortunately a very disappointing fact for us, because it makes it almost impossible to open up a larger market and ultimately to reach an economically feasible size that allows the above-mentioned regulations to be sensibly mapped within the company.
We are currently looking for solutions to continue to supply you with our products throughout the EU, as well as in Switzerland and the UK.
Currently, we can only do this if you can give us a delivery address within Germany.

After all, in some EU countries you end up paying an exorbitant, disproportionately high share of recycling and take-back fees. Unfortunately, there are no de minimis limits or adjusted flat rates for small quantities in the WEEE regulations.
Unfortunately, this is a very disappointing fact for us, because it makes it almost impossible to open up a larger market and ultimately to reach an economically viable size that allows the above-mentioned regulations to be meaningfully mapped internally.

Pourquoi expédions-nous actuellement uniquement en Allemagne?

En raison des coûts élevés et de l’effort administratif et bureaucratique élevé dans le domaine des réglementations nationales de la loi européenne sur les équipements électroniques (DEEE), ainsi que des différentes législations sur les emballages, il nous est presque impossible en tant que petite fournisseur pour vous expédier directement au de l’UE ainsi qu’en Grande-Bretagne ou en Suisse pour la vente.
Nous serions obligés d’affecter ces coûts très élevés à des quantités beaucoup trop faibles par pays, ce qui rendrait le prix très peu attractif pour vous. Après tout, dans certains pays de l’UE, vous finissez par payer une part exorbitante et disproportionnée des frais de recyclage et de reprise. Malheureusement, il n’y a pas de limites de minimis ou de taux forfaitaires ajustés pour les petites quantités dans la réglementation DEEE.
Malheureusement, c’est un fait très décevant pour nous, car il rend presque impossible l’ouverture d’un marché plus vaste et, en fin de compte, l’atteinte d’une taille économiquement viable permettant de cartographier de manière significative les réglementations susmentionnées en interne.
Nous researches actuellement des solutions pour continuer à vous fournir nos produits dans toute l’UE, ainsi qu’en Suisse et en Grande-Bretagne.
Actuellement, nous ne pouvons le faire que si vous pouvez nous donner une adresse de livraison en Allemagne.
