We install the Blackmagic Microphone Converter directly into your case, making it a self-sufficient audio hub. This saves you the hassle of lugging and wiring an external mixer with you in most productions.

In addition to the two standard inputs on your ATEM Extreme G2, you get four additional professional audio channels. This gives you a total of six channels – ideal for demanding livestreams and recordings directly from the case.
Combo audio jacks: On the left side of the case, you have direct access to four combo jacks that are both balanced (XLR) and unbalanced (jack). Process signals.
MADI connection: Communication with your ATEM is lossless via the MADI interface via an internal BNC cable.
Easy leveling: Do you have to go to the DIP switches to select the appropriate input level? No problem. On the top plate, you can remove a small cover and reach the switches immediately without disassembling the case.
Cascadable: We also extend the MADI interface to the back of your case. This allows you to connect additional external microphone converters in series if necessary.

Signal Processing & Compatibility
Full connectivity: The case is designed in such a way that all signals from the Rodecaster (or the built-in hardware) are available directly at the external interfaces of the case.
Individual setups: Due to the manufacturer’s enormous range of functions and internal interconnection options, we refer to the original operating instructions for specific configurations.
Important notes on signal quality
Physical influences: Please note that due to the additional plug connection (contact resistors between plug and socket), minimal signal attenuation is physically unavoidable.
Practical tip: As a rule, this does not affect your production. However, for particularly long cable runs, we recommend the use of high-quality, multi-shielded cables to ensure optimal signal integrity.
